New Members
New Silver, Gold, Platinum Members: If you join at the Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels you will automatically qualify to start earning all commissions available to you based on the TriUnity Compensation Plan. Please see the Compensation page on the website for a detailed explanation of the Comp Plan. If you're a Silver or Gold member you may Upgrade at any time to a higher level in your "Back Office."
When will I receive my product order? Product orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. You should receive your product order within 6 to 8 business days after you place your order. Business days do not include weekends. If you have a question about your order please feel free to contact TriUnity's Corporate Office.
Your monthly Autoship order:
If a member joins between the 1st and 15th of the month, the 2nd month
autoship will take place on the 1st of the following month. If a member joins after the 15th, the 2nd month
autoship will take place on the 15th of the 2nd month and the 3rd month autoship will take place on the 1st of
the 3rd month. The date you will be charged is posted in your "Back Office."
If your order declines: It is each members responsibility to make sure that their method of payment is valid and clears each month. This will insure that you do not miss any commissions and that your product order can be processed and shipped out. If for any reason your method of payment declines or is uncollectable, we suggest you contact TriUnity immediately at 858-502-9828 and get it straightened out.
How do I get my business off to a Fast Start: There are a few things you can do right away. You can refer people to your corporate website. You can also use any of the online or offline marketing and recruiting systems available to TriUnity members. Plus, you can talk with your upline
Sponsor and find out what they are doing.
Conference Calls: It is important to listen to as many Conference Calls as you can. These calls are exciting, informative, and will keep you updated on all aspects of the program. These calls are also VERY effective for Sponsoring new members. It has been reported that 90% of the guests who listen to the calls join our team. So, invite guests to our calls! We do LIVE calls every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6 PM (Pacific Time) 9 PM (Eastern Time) The number is: 1-507-726-3420 then enter code 21265 followed by the # key.
Commissions
When do I receive my first check:
During the first month, all FAST START bonuses are paid to Silver, Gold, or Platinum members who personally sponsor a new Silver, Gold, or Platinum member into the business. Fast Start bonuses are calculated and mailed out every Tuesday for the previous week of sponsoring activity. Please see the Compensation Plan on this website for complete details of the TriUnity Compensation Plan.
When do I receive my monthly residual check: Remember, when new people show up in your downline the Fast Start bonuses are paid to the sponsors the first month. You will qualify to start earning Monthly Residual checks, Company Revenue Sharing Pools, and other bonuses for your downline member's volume purchases starting your second month in the business. The Monthly Residual and other Bonus Pool checks are mailed on or before the 15th of the month following the month that the volume was generated. For example, my January commission check will be calculated in February for January volume and mailed out to me on or before February 15th. Note: If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, commission checks will be mailed on the next business day.
